Örgütler Hakkında Konuşmak-Söyleşiler I Talking About Organizations-Podcasts

Çağımızda bilgiye ulaşmanın yol ve yöntemleri çeşitlenmeye devam etmektedir. Akademik camianın ürettiği bilgi, üniversitelerin dört duvarı arasında kalmamakta, teknolojideki ilerleme ve bireylerin yaratıcı çözümleri ile eşzamanlı olarak çeşitli formlarla  bilginin peşinde olan kişilere ulaşmaktadır.

"Talking About Organizations" eylemi de bilgiyi arayıcısına ulaştıran adreslerden sadece bir tanesi olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. IKON Research Unit at the Warwick Business School tarafından desteklenen bu girişim sayesinde İşletmecilik ve Yönetim hakkında gerçekleştirilen oldukça önemli söyleşiler ses dosyası olarak dinleyicilere ulaştırılmaktadır.

Yönetim teorisinin en önemli ve merkezi konuları bu girişim tarafından bölümler halinde ele alınarak bize keyifli bir bilgi deryası oluşturmuştur. Akademisyenlerin, öğrencilerin ve uygulayıcıların istifadesine sunulan sesdosyaları (podcastlar) tarafımca bu adreste biraraya getirilmiştir. Faydalı olmasını dilerim.

Paul Duguid (UC Berkeley) ve Emma Bell (Keele University) isimli profesörlerin öncülük ettiği çalışma Dmitrijs ve Ralph isimli kişilerce yürütülmüş ve "sezonlar" haline yayın dizisi haline getirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda,
